This hotel exceeded all my expectations! the value for money is incredible. The prices are so reasonable for what you get in return. Secondly, the attention to detail is superb. The rooms are carefully decorated, with comfortable beds and large windows that provide a stunning view of the surrounding area. The location is also perfect, as it is very near the train station coming from Cusco and situated right next to the peaceful Aguas Calientes river. Lastly, the staff are outstanding. They provide excellent service and go out of their way to ensure that guests have everything they need, including basic amenities and rooms with hot showers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - right next to the serene Aguas Calientes river. It was a peaceful and relaxing setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Noemi and Edgard went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even carried my bags and provided helpful suggestions for activities and directions. Finally, the rooms were cozy and had very comfortable beds. I especially loved the hot showers and the breathtaking view from my window. And the breakfast was delicious - the freshly cooked eggs were a highlight. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money with its attention to detail, convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities.

Stayed at a hotel over Christmas. Great location with everything you need close by. The staff were really helpful and provided us with fresh and delicious breakfast each morning. We also appreciated the hot water and free wifi.

The room was a bit cramped for us and the noise from the street was bothersome at times. the check-in process could have been improved as it took a while to get settled in.
